Hot Tub Service in Doncaster

This week the team undertook a Spring hot tub recommission project in Doncaster. The spa had been unused for 12-18 months and was in a position where it wasn’t safe to use. There are several reasons why a spa can lay unused for an extended period, with one of the most common reasons is down to a property sale.

The new owners contacted Clean My Hot Tub with the desire to bring the hot tub back to life. While the hot tub’s shell and jets and body were in good working order, the cleanliness wasn’t. Please scroll down to see photos before, during and after the work we undertook.

All sorts of debris can find the way into the spa, leaves and garden matter can easily be carried via the wind and inside. The buildup of debris caused the blockage of the air intake jet at the foot of the spa.

On encountering the spa drained of water, the first point of call is to flush the entire system. In doing this circulates chemically treated water through the internal pipework to kill bacteria in the system.

Once the flushing process is complete the hot tub will be drained again. Next, we focus on cleaning the air jets individually, before working on the LED lights. An internal spa clean is not complete until the headrests have been cleansed and the shell surface polished to restore the shine you’d see when the hot tub is in the factory.

Cleaning the air jets, all 36 of them!

The final stage of the hot tub service involves refilling the water and operating the jets. This allows us to clear any remaining cleaning solution from the spa and its internal system, ready for a final fill. The restored spa and new filter media provide the incoming property owner with a safe bathing environment and the peace of mind that if maintained, they’ll be able to benefit from for years to come.

I’d like a quote for hot tub maintenance. What is your call out fee? Do you have an hourly charge for an engineer to sort out any problems with a hot tub once they are on site? Do you charge mileage?
These are all things I’ve been quoted by another company and I would appreciate your quote for comparison before I decide.
    Thanking you in advance,
