Our Process on the Day

Step 1 - Greet & Commence

We’ll arrive at the pre-agreed time and give you an overview of what we’ll be doing. Once we’ve unloaded the tools, we’ll set about draining the tub.

Step 2 - Carry Out the Service

Depending on which package you’ve opted for, this will determine the level of cleanliness we provide. Typically we’re on-site for between 3 – 5 hours.

Step 3 - Up & Running

Once the cleaning is complete, we’ll refill the hot tub and get it back up and running. You’ll think you’ve got a brand new spa after we’ve finished with it.
